Our Background
Central Coast Warehousing was developed alongside a portfolio of successful Australian businesses by founders David and Marie Rowe. With a practical understanding of what it takes to keep supply chains moving, the facility has grown into a reliable warehousing partner for businesses across multiple sectors.

Our Somersby warehouse
The warehouse is at Factory B, 60 Pile Rd, in the Somersby industrial area near the M1 Pacific Motorway. It holds over 300 pallets in racking, in standard 1.2m spaces and oversized space for bulkier loads.
Our trained staff handle every pallet in and out on the onsite forklift. The facility is professionally monitored, runs a pest control program and has temperature and humidity monitoring. You can get to your goods by appointment.
We’re open Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm. Give us a call before you drop off or collect pallets. See our pallet storage options.

David Rowe – Owner
David brings over 30 years of experience in business development, including creating and growing Vet’s Best Products and Love’em Liver Treats, now supplied across national retail chains. His experience in manufacturing and logistics inspired the foundation of Central Coast Warehousing as a practical storage solution for other growing businesses.
Marie Rowe – Owner
Marie has been instrumental in managing the business operations and contributing to the growth of both the warehousing and pet product businesses. Her behind-the scenes focus ensures that the facility runs smoothly and professionally.
Kylie Martin – Logistics Manager
With more than two decades of experience in quality systems and fast-moving consumer goods logistics, Kylie ensures day-to-day warehouse operations are handled efficiently. She prioritises professionalism, timely handling, and clear communication with every client.
